This Opt-In/Opt-Out Policy outlines how individuals may consent to or decline receiving communications from the Agency, including marketing messages, policy updates, and service notifications.
1. Purpose of This Policy
This policy ensures that Carrion Insurance complies with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding consumer communication, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and FCC guidelines.
It also gives clients complete control over how they receive information from us.

4. Opt-Out Rights
Clients may opt out of any or all communication types at any time.

Once an opt-out request is received, Carrion Insurance will process it immediately and ensure no further marketing communications are sent to that contact.
5. Exceptions (Required Communications)
Even if an individual opts out of marketing communications, the Agency may still send required service notifications, including:

7. Re-Opting In
Clients who previously opted out may choose to re-subscribe to communications at any time by:
